Our process is straightforward: submit your lifting videos and questions, and receive feedback and guidance at every check-in. A personalised program will be designed for you featuring eight-week training blocks and monthly check-ins.

With our in-depth knowledge, we've helped hundreds reach their strength goals, ensuring that online clients see the same results as those we coach in person.

Meet Coach FORD

As head of coaching and programming development, my role is to not just find and solve the HOW to best get you to your goals but to guide you on that path as well.

This is what I love doing, this is what I’m here for, and I’ve done it myself.

Before I even knew anything about proper techniques and programming my introduction to training was a fascination for the World's Strongest Man competitions, so growing up you would find me lifting heavy rocks, tyres, car parts, whatever I could get my hands on.

Once I hit 18, I also hit the gym and soon after in pursuit of deepening my understanding of training and how to help others achieve the transformative benefits of strength training, both physical and mental, I got qualified, fast forward.

Now, as a coach at Strong Geelong, I'm passionate about helping others reach their strength potential and improve their overall well-being. Whether you're new to strength training or looking to take your fitness to the next level, I'm here to guide and support you every step of the way.
