Meet Coach Frank
Frank has always been passionate about sports and performance. He competed in swimming and cycling from ages 10 to 18 before transitioning to strength training and powerlifting. With a powerlifting coach and healthcare professionals, Frank quickly excelled, ranking in the top 5 in Australia for his weight class.
To reach higher levels, Frank focused on sports nutrition, achieving top 3 national rankings and two consecutive 2nd place finishes at the Powerlifting Australia National Championships. He now uses his expertise to help individuals and athletes reach their full potential through tailored diet and nutrition plans.
